Whether it’s a rock, a thought, or a star, everything in our universe is in constant motion. Life, consciousness, God, the great I AM, is, from one perspective, a vast medley of interweaving resonating vibrations – some fast, some slow, some rising, some falling, some changing others to match their more intense frequency, and some being changed by others to match theirs. But it is all vibration. There is nothing else. When this is understood, we see that the whole Universe is really just an amazing flowing dance of interwoven vibrations, a magnificent single vibrating tapestry of love, beauty and divinity, and there is no real distinction between things or people or thoughts or planets or matter or energy, there is no real duality between ‘I’ and ‘You’, or between ‘This’ and ‘That’. It’s All One, as the great mystics have always said: One endless, flowing, vibrational dance. That is not how the universe appears to us. But it is true nonetheless. ‘Separateness’ is an illusion. Appearance is not reality.
